We at Tsarona Domestic Services will assist you in managing your domestic needs through either temporary or permanent placement solutions. We ensure that the proper administrative tasks are taken care off and monitored. Furthermore we will take the responsibility of adding value to our staff through skills training programmes, which in turn benefit our clients. Tsarona is a Temporary Employment Service (TES), which offers skilled flexible staff. As a TES, we are the employers of the domestic staff, hence reducing the legal liability for our clients. As the primary employer, Tsarona is responsible for ensuring that our employees are covered by all relevant legislation hence eliminating the administrative burden for our clients.

Who we are

Tsarona Domestic Services was established in 2003 by four ambitious young black professionals from Alexandra Township who realised the need to offer a holistic trusted domestic service. The founders are committed to creating employment for previously disadvantaged black women by skilling them and offering them sustainable employment.

Our experience in the recruitment industry spans over fours years. Skills gained include recruitment, performance management, counselling and labour legislation. We at Tsarona are ready to partner with you to ensure your home is managed effectively and efficiently.

We are unswerving in our efforts to ensure that our staff develop their careers within the domestic service sphere and eventually partner with you to ensure that your home is maintained in a professional manner.
